Permanent lighting

One discreet system. More ways to use it.

Permanent architectural lighting is installed neatly along the eaves so it blends into the home by day and gives you flexible, app-controlled light after dark.

Use warm white for everyday architectural accent lighting, then change the colors for holidays, celebrations, and special occasions.

Landscape lighting

Bring out the best in your home after dark.

A thoughtful lighting plan can make paths more welcoming, reveal architectural texture, and give trees and outdoor spaces a warm sense of depth.

Rather than simply adding more fixtures, the goal is to place light carefully—balancing useful visibility with a natural nighttime atmosphere.
